Apprenticeship programs

Apprenticeship is an added qualification for a culinary professional. It enables a chef or a cook to gain practical knowledge of the cooking process and kitchen responsibilities. Culinary professionals can avail of apprenticeship programs offered by several hospitality industry associations, professional institutions and trade unions. However, apprenticeship programs offered by ACF have no match.
