Aspiring photographers may opt for Australia as their prospective education destination because of the high quality photography courses available in this country at an affordable education cost.

Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (RMIT) offers Bachelor of Arts in Photography course at a cost AUS $21,120 a year for the career aspirants. This is a three year duration bachelor degree. A master degree, Master of Arts -- Photography by Research is also offered by RMIT at a cost AUS $19,680 a year. This is a two year duration program. Course start dates are in the months of February and July.

Bachelor of Design (Photography) program available at the Canberra Institute of Technology may cost about AUS $10500 per year and the University of Technology Sydney also offers several bachelor programs in the field of photography such as Bachelor of Design (Honours) in Photography and Situated Media and Bachelor of Design in Photography and Situated Media Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.

Central TAFE, Australia (Advanced Diploma of Photography); Raffles College of Design And Commerce (Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication Majoring in Photography); Photography Studies College (Advanced Diploma of Photography); International College of Professional Photography (Diploma of Arts -- Applied Photography) and National Art School (Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography) are also highly reputed education destinations for gaining professional photography qualifications in Australia.
