Retail managers:  The major responsibilities of a retail manager include planning, coordination and execution of store level operations. To achieve this, he needs to have an understanding about the habits and lifestyle of his customers. You should have minimum an MBA qualification to apply for this position.

Retail buyers:  This position is also called “Procurement managers”. They are responsible for selecting and buying the merchandise for a store. They work either in own capacity or in close association with “quality managers” to ensure the quality of the merchandise they are buying.
