The minimum requirement for the admission of post graduate level courses is M. B. B. S. degree or Bachelors in a Paramedical course or graduation in Nursing and minimum two years of relevant professional experience is preferred. Some institutes admit graduates from life sciences stream also.

Major responsibility of this position is to assist senior management to achieve the organizational goals such as quality patient care, cost effective healthcare services, overall coordination of various departments of the organisation for efficient functioning etc.
