Most popular US educational institutions for studying Floriculture and Floristry includes renowned universities like Texas A and M University; Mississippi State University; Brigham Young University – Idaho; Santa Rosa Junior College; Spokane Community College; City College of San Francisco; Central Lakes College; Cuyamaca College; Miracosta College; College of San Mateo and Metropolitan Community College.
Texas A and M University offers a full time bachelor degree, Bachelor of Science in Floriculture for all interested overseas students. Duration of the course is three to four years and cost of education is US $10,000 for the entire course.
Mississippi State University offers a Major in Horticulture – Floral Management, a full time independent major programme and tuition fee is about US $7,500 a year

Other well known names in the field of providing associate degrees in Floriculture and Floristry are Miracosta College and College of San Mateo. Miracosta College offers A.A. in Floriculture while College of San Mateo conducts an Associate in Arts Degree in Floristry. Metropolitan Community College is well known for a Specialist Programme in Floriculture called, Specialist Diploma in Floriculture (HOFSD). It is a full time one year diploma course and cost of education is US $65 per credit.
