Many Canadian universities are world renowned for their Community Service Educational Programmes which are well designed to train the career aspirants on the important personality aspects, along with a well structured industry-oriented course curriculum.
Brandon University is popular for its degree programme, BA in Rural and Community Studies. Cape Breton University also conducts a Bachelor of Arts Community Studies (BACS). Another reputed university, Kwantlen Polytechnic University conducts two programmes, Certificate in Community Support Worker and Diploma in Community Support Worker.

A three year duration degree programme, BA in Distinct and Diverse Communities is available at the Brock University
Concordia University
Concordia University offers a short term certificate titled Certificate in community service. Duration of this course ranges between 3 and 6 months.
