  • The program in Physics at Simon Fraser University is among the top in the nation, although it was on the low-end list above (what are the criteria used?)

We have strength in particle physics and have several professors working on the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, we have one of the strongest Biophysics programs in the country. Our Nanoscience reserach lab 4D labs puts us at the forefront of materials and chemical physics as well. In addition, mathematical and engineering physics are also available, both of these leverage the strength of our engineering and mathematics programs.
