New Zealand College of Massage offers a one year duration Certificate in Relaxation Massage and Wellpark College of Natural Therapies conducts a full time three year duration bachelor level programme, Bachelor of Naturopathy.

Wellington Institute of Technology offers National Certificate in Beauty Services (Cosmetology) with course duration between 3 and 6 months and National Certificate in Beauty Therapy of course duration between 1 and 2 years.

Whitireia Community Polytechnic offers a one year duration Certificate in Beauty Therapy whereas Canterbury Language College offers a one month duration certificate in Aromatherapy

Design and Arts College of New Zealand is popular for its one year Certificate of Makeup Design and Production programme while Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology is for it one year Certificate in Beauty Services (Beauty Assistant) programme.

Eastern Institute of Technology, Hawke’s Bay is major known for its one year Diploma in Beauty and Body Therapy and Bay Of Plenty Polytechnic offers Certificate in Beautician & Cosmetology Level 4 and National Certificate in Beauty Therapy Level 4 (strands in Body Therapy and Electrology). Course duration is between 6 months and 1 year for both of the courses.
